The first consultation can be done via email and or telephone-fax and is the shot list and itinerary consultation, this is your basic list of shots, wish list and expectations as well as your logistical time line and general agenda. This will let us know what we are doing, where we need to be and when. This will be with the fig producer, lead photographer or director of operations.
The second meeting is with your photographer and should be closer to your actual date, and allows you go over final any additional details, location issues, shot specifics, navigating the day et cetera. This can be done in person, or over the phone and is basically a touchstone for the day. The first and second meeting can be interchangeable- our goal is to get as much data, visit your site, tag all the concerns, as long as we get that covered we are ready to shoot.
